Orders ship from Redlands, California by USPS Ground Advantage, to addresses in the United States only.

• Orders of $100 or more: free shipping.
• Orders of $50 to $99.99: $5 flat.
• Orders under $50: the USPS rate for your address, shown at checkout before you pay (usually $6–8).

Order amounts are before tax and include bundle savings. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

California orders include 8.75% sales tax on the items (not on shipping). Orders to other states aren’t charged sales tax.

All orders are final sale, so returns and exchanges are not permitted.

Please make sure you’ve chosen the correct size and entered the correct shipping information before checking out, as we can’t guarantee any changes once an order is placed.

How do I pick the right size?

Every size we carry is listed on the product page; greyed-out sizes are sold out or not made in that style. If you’re between sizes, email us before ordering — all sales are final.

Is the online shop the same stock as the gameday merch tent?

Yes. It’s one stock, so what you see online is what we have. If something sells out at a match, it sells out online too.

How do I pay?

Any major credit or debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card number.

Where’s my order?

Your order confirmation email has a link to your order page. Once it ships, that page and a “your order shipped” email show the USPS tracking number.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet — the online shop ships within the United States only.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Not through the online shop yet. Most of our merch is also for sale at the merch tent on matchdays.
