Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any Redlands Football Club ("Redlands FC", "the Club") program — including but not limited to youth clinics, private lessons, tryouts, camps, and training sessions — the participant (and their parent or legal guardian, if the participant is under 18 years of age) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in soccer training, clinics, and related athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, heat-related illness, and other physical injuries. The participant acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation.

3. Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant (and their parent or legal guardian) hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue Redlands Football Club, its officers, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury — including death — that may be sustained by the participant during or as a result of participation in any Club program, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

4. Medical Authorization

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, the participant (and their parent or legal guardian) authorizes Redlands FC staff to obtain and provide first aid, CPR, or emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary. The participant (and their parent or legal guardian) assumes all costs associated with such medical treatment. It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian) to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of registration.

5. Indemnification

The participant (and their parent or legal guardian) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of the participant's involvement in any Club program.

6. Photo & Media Release

The participant (and their parent or legal guardian) grants Redlands FC permission to use photographs, video recordings, and other media of the participant taken during Club programs for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes, including but not limited to the Club's website, social media channels, and printed materials. No compensation will be provided for such use.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
• Follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by coaching staff.
• Refrain from violent, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Arrive on time and prepared with appropriate equipment and attire.

Redlands FC reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with this Code of Conduct, without refund.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

All registration fees are due at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by Redlands FC, in which case a full refund will be issued. Redlands FC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to weather, facility availability, or insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation by the Club, registered participants will be notified and offered a refund or credit toward a future program.

9. Weather & Cancellation

Programs may be cancelled or modified due to inclement weather or unsafe field conditions. Redlands FC will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of cancellations in advance via the email address provided at registration. Individual sessions cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled when possible; no refunds will be issued for individual weather cancellations within a multi-session package.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
